Simple Syrup, Rich (2:1, Sugar:Water)

Egg White

Instructions

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake.

Step 2

Add ice and shake well.

Step 3

Strain over ice into a rocks glass.

Step 4

Garnish with a lemon peel and a brandied cherry.
