We pride ourselves on our drive to develop new styles and flavor profiles that push the boundaries of traditional spirits production.
Devil's Water Bourbon
We collaborated with Memphis's own Meddlesome Brewing to add a unique spin to our signature high-rye bourbon. We aged a small batch of bourbon in barrels that once held Meddlesome's Devil's Water, a Belgian Dark strong ale. The result is a bourbon unlike any other.

We took the sweet softness of our Huling Station Straight Wheat Whiskey, and blended it with the bold warmth and complexity of our high-rye Huling Station Straight Bourbon to create a perfect harmony between the spicy whiskeys characteristic of the pre-prohibition age and the sweeter drams favored by many modern whiskey lovers.
