Classic Dirty Martini

Ingredients

2.5 oz

Old Dominick Memphis Vodka

.5 oz

Dry Vermouth

.5 oz

Olive Brine

Garnish

Stuffed Olives

Instructions

Step

Add vodka, dry vermouth, and olive brine to a shaker filled with ice.

Step

Shake until chilled and strain over a martini glass.

Step

Garnish with olives and enjoy!

I gave it 5 stars because I can't give it 6. We did the tour, Keith was our guide, he was just awesome, he knew his stuff, he was funny, polite, informative and someone I could be friends with. Afterwards, at the tasting, we indulged in a few other products, which we subsequently purchased. If you are in Memphis, even if you are only passing through, stop in, do the tour, buy stuff and tell Keith the two Aussies say hi.

We had a wonderfully fantastic experience at the Old Dominick Distillery in Memphis! Even though we were traveling through and wouldn't be able to make the later tour, Matthew happily offered to give us an amazing and super informative tour of the distillery! Matthew made our tour really exciting and fun explaining both the history and processes used by the distillery! Also Rose at the bar was a joy to talk to and even gave us new ideas for things to explore in Memphis! We definitely liked her spirit to wear a cape that was the USA flag in celebration of 4th of July coming up! Would highly, highly recommend making a stop here passing by in Memphis or on a roadtrip through the city. Certainly a place worth enjoying!

Everything about Old Dominick Distillery is 5 stars! The staff is friendly and welcoming, the bar is open and exciting, the distillery tour is fun and informative and the spirits are top shelf! We booked the "Making the Memphis Spirit" tour, which takes you from start to finish, grain to bottle, and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! I wish I remembered our tour guides name, she was wonderful and very knowledgeable for only having worked there one year. Special shout out to Matt for a little behind the scenes tour! The tasting after the tour takes you from the clear stuff to the famous Toddy so you get a little of everything. We enjoyed a cocktail at the bar afterwards and left with a couple bottles from the gift shop. The barrel aged gin is absolutely wonderful and unique, make sure you try some!

“Wish we had more time to stay!”

Stopped by Old Dominick Distillery in Memphis and wish we had more time to stay! Even with a short visit, it was a fantastic experience. Dave took great care of us — offering tastings and walking us through the different offerings with tons of knowledge and passion. We ended up leaving with two amazing bottles that we’re really excited about. The atmosphere was welcoming, the whiskey was excellent, and the hospitality made the stop completely worth it. Definitely adding this to our must-return list next time we’re in Memphis!

We did the tour/tasting and enjoyed every minute! Morgan was an amazing tour guide, with alot of knowledge and positive energy! The whiskey, vodka and gin tasted amazing! Even if you do not do the tour I recommend stopping by and grabbing a drink at the bar! Then stop by the gift shop and get a bottle of their Toddy, it’s one of the best I’ve had!

What are your bar hours?

Our bar is open 7 days a week, and hours vary. Old Dominick’s Distillery Bar is open from:

12-7 pm Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
12-9 pm Wednesday and Thursday
12-10 pm Friday and Saturday

Do you serve food?

To keep our focus on producing exceptional spirits and cocktails, we do not serve food at our bar. However, bar guests are welcome to bring their own food from a favorite nearby restaurant to enjoy at our bar! We recommend takeout orders from Gus’s Fried Chicken, Central BBQ, The Rendezvous, The Majestic Grill, The Flying Saucer, and so many more! Does your bar menu rotate and feature different drinks throughout the year?

Some items on our cocktail menu change seasonally, but you’ll always be able to find classics like our famous Old Fashioneds, whiskey flights, and mixed spirit flights.

Does your bar menu offer non-alcoholic options?

We do keep a rotation of 2-3 craft mocktails on our menu and have soda and sparkling water available. Our talented bartenders have been known to get creative with custom mocktail requests, so don’t be afraid to ask!
