Lemon Juice

Simple Syrup

.5 oz or 1

Small Egg White

Instructions

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, and dry shake. Add ice to the shaker and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass or over ice into a rocks glass. Place the rosemary sprig in the class, stick out from the top and use a cocktail smoking torch to burn the sprig.
