In an unlikely spot in downtown Memphis, you’ll find the city’s next iconic music moment happening: Old Dominick Distillery, a Memphis original deeply connected to our city’s entrepreneurial past and its innovative future, launches its Pure Memphis Music series in January of 2018.

The Old Dominick story is Pure Memphis, and the musicians presented in this space will be, too. The Pure Memphis series will create a second-to-none experience for both artist and audience, and you’re invited to experience the very first of these special evenings, featuring John Nemeth & The Blue Dreamers. Your ticket includes an Old Dominick cocktail on us — the perfect pairing for an early evening concert without the distraction and din of a typical barroom venue.

John’s new album Feelin’ Freaky was produced by Luther Dickinson (North Mississippi Allstars) and recorded at the Dickinson family’s Zebra Ranch and Memphis’ own Royal Studios.

Elmore Magazine calls Nemeth’s live performance “blistering and perfectly pitched while his own songwriting talents were also clearly unmistakable… Nemeth made the absolute most of his stage-time, ripping along with an assurance and style that was truly masterful.” The Commercial Appeal says Feelin’ Freaky is “new high watermark in his career.”

Don’t miss him at Old Dominick’s Pure Memphis Music Series, January 25!

The Old Dominick Pure Memphis Music Series is made possible in part by grant support from the Downtown Memphis Commission.
